Profile Description

I am a detail-oriented Construction Estimator and Quantity Take-Off Assistant with practical experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost control for construction and mechanical projects.

I currently work in a project-based cost control and planning role, where I support budget monitoring, cost summaries, and coordination with project teams to ensure accurate quantity and cost data. Previously, I worked as a Mechanical Design and Cost Engineer, preparing BOQs, quotations, and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

My strengths include producing organized Excel BOQs, accurate quantity take-offs, and clear cost breakdowns that help clients make informed decisions. I am highly motivated to continuously improve my skills and am currently expanding my knowledge of estimating tools such as Bluebeam and PlanSwift.
