My work background,
I started working year 2012 being an Admitting/HMO officer as my first job in St. Dominic Medical Center which is the sister company of my school in Upgrade to see actual info is a two in one job that means I'm handling two different departments at the same Upgrade to see actual info the admitting department, it involves the processing of the admission of the clients which is the patients. The families of the patient will come to us and our responsibility is to help them process the requirements which is required to finalized the patient's admission into our institution/hospital. Being on job is not that easy as it may sounds because we are facing different emotions that are present each time we are talking to our Upgrade to see actual infot only the patients and there families are present on the conversation, sometimes it involves talking with the professional physicians, nurses, and other medical related Upgrade to see actual info's not just the processing of the papers but how we are handling every person that we are dealing Upgrade to see actual info this position, you should have a strong handling emotion that could help you in your work and be an effective Upgrade to see actual info the HMO department, it involves helping our clients in using there privileges as a HMO card holder which is companies that offer services such as health benefits. We are responsible in contacting the customer support representatives of different HMO companies to update and request for their approval on each procedure that will be done on the patients. Also we are doing encoding after the approval is given in to our hospital system/bizbox.I started working as Account Control Clerk late year 2012 in the same institution. I'm responsible on handling the encoding of the employees' salary deductions. I don't have any experience doing accounting duties before I had this job, nor do I attended class in accounting but being flexible and willing to learn, I'm able to learn some things involving the new department that once I joined. At first I thought it is complicated but as I have the will to pursue and discover new things I did enjoy the job. I also handled the higher HMO jobs which deals with contacting the accounting/billing department of the HMO companies. I have the task to finalized the reports of every consultations, procedures and operations done to the patients and will send it to all of the HMO companies that are accredited in our institution.
