DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Heavy Equipment
-->Barge Incentive Scheme for Dump truck Drivers:
-->Spearheads revision of costing for rental rate, ageing analysis, etc.
-->Initiates canvassing for the current replacement cost and market price for heavy equipment as prerequisite for ageing analysis and costing purposes.
-->Conducts research on heavy equipment specifications
-->Perform time and motion study:
>To establish actual productivity rates,
>For costing purposes (pertaining to hauling of aggregates, dolomite)
>To formulate schemes on how to improve efficiency (i.e. Tower Crane erection)
-->Carry out calculations on the total equipment usage on projects / routes wherein cost factors are not established yet.
-->Oversees revision of heavy transport zoning computations.
B. Light Equipment and Power Tools
-->Initiates costing for rental rate in light equipment and power tools
-->Prepares the monthly billing for both Heavy and Light equipment units
-->Revised and improved existing Light Equipment and Power Tools Tracer that enables easy & prompt monitoring of power tools and light equipment.
-->Overhauls monitoring system on the flow of the light equipment to different project sites.
-->Prepares bi-monthly inventory for the light equipment and power tools.
-->Verifies the status of the light equipment if it’s in good condition, defective or scrap.
-->Prepares work order for light equipment and power tools.
-->Conducts double checking of power tools and equipment inventory.
C. Mechanical Plant Installation
-->Performs study and provides financial reports on tire consumption, recapping and tire re-ordering.
-->Formulate / establish measures on how to prolong life of tires to lower the total cost per kilometer.
-->Updating the Corporate and Departmental Dashboards needed by the management every month
-->Tracing out km distance between projects sites (using Google Earth app) to ensure exact rate for charging such equipment.

>Freight charges (for equipment being utilized outside Cebu City area)

-->Initiates costing for ageing policy.
-->Making outbound calls for suppliers/companies that are interested in buying the equipment for auction

I have been working for almost 3 yrs as a virtual assistant to a company from Australia (Watertight Group Pty Limited). My work there involves, extensive market research, Admin for the making of Work Orders intended for their customers, I handled their Mailchimp and ZOHO CRM accounts.

Being a contractor at Elance and Odesk for a long period of time, I was able to learn several techniques on how to promote a certain product/website/brand new tools, etc. And it includes on the ff: - promoting via Facebook - I have to sign up using different accounts in order for me to comment to all social networking sites without being spammed and flagged - there's wordpress (we can use blog) - there are tools to promote like google tools and a lot more
