Profile Description

I have been a Virtual Assistant for more than 2 years. I am knowledgeable in many skills such as documentation, data gathering and data entry, lead research, email marketing, research, procedure/process creation, client scheduling, preparation of invoices, business letters, photo and video editing, website development and design, HTML formatting, blogging, social media marketing, customer care, and technical support. With the skills mentioned, I am well trained in using the following softwares/applications: Google docs, Google sites, Gmail, Wordpress, Cpanel, TeamWorkPM, Highrise, Sendpepper, Google Drive, Dropbox, Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Cyberlink PowerDirector, Ms Office, Open Office, and Windows and Mac applications. The foundation of my skills is my 4-year study of Information Technology in a prestigious university in the Philippines. I can easily train myself to learn a new application or understand how a process works. Furthermore, my work experience is substantial to demonstrate the versatility of my skills. I worked as a planner in Texas Instruments Inc., a callcenter agent in Sitel, and an English teacher in HELP Inc. To sum up, my skills will definitely help my future clients.
