I have worked as a Virtual Assistant and later on progressed into a Project Manager during my 5-year employment with my Australian Upgrade to see actual infoitially, I have done basic keyword research, quality checks on On-Page Recommendations Reports, generating invoices for our clients, month-end reports using Google Analytics, and was also a part of the online customer support team using Zendesk and was part of the product-entry team for our e-commerce website.
My work in project management entails the whole process of receiving clients' projects to getting those projects delivered as scheduled. I was able to use PM online tools such as Basecamp, Zoho, Asana, Trello, Insightly, and Target Process to get the projects into production and heavily coordinated with the support team to get those projects done, checked and delivered. We were using Zimbra and later on, Gmail as our email communication tool with our Sales Team in Australia as well as our Philippine Team and our clients. I was also in charge of preparing the Philippine Team's Attendance Report for our payroll. I have done Penalty Management work for our clients hit by Panda updates by Google and used Google Webmaster Tools to process the penalty reports. I would collate completed reports for clients (including month-end reports) and review them for completeness and accuracy before forwarding them to respective clients. I set up, evaluate, and update processes and workflow for the improvement of both the support team and the system in place.
