For almost 15 years of working experience since I’ve graduated from college, I can say that I can best show my expertise in an Administrative or Finance field. My first work experience is on Managerial position but since the company owner doesn’t have a clear plan and goal in their business, I have decided to resigned and look for a more suitable job where I can use my degree as a banking and finance graduate; which leads to me in working in a bank as a bookkeeper for almost 5 years. I’ve also tried working as an Overseas Filipino for almost 3 years in Abu Dhabi as a multi-tasking job in one company, an Account assistant, Administrative Assistant, HR, Supervisor, Secretary of my Manager name it, I’ve done that perfectly. Since I’m getting older, I have decided to get married and just work here in our country. My most previous job is on a government agency as an Administrative Assistant, I’m the one responsible for the company’s IT equipment, doing the 3 year plan budget of projecting the needed IT equipment to purchase, and monthly inventory of IT equipment for borrowing and yearly inventory of all the IT equipment of the company. I am also a case officer for anti-human trafficking inter-agency project, coordinating and following up the cases reported or referred. And also I’m the one who maintains the website for this project, posting of news and and also updating the statistical reports and the power point presentation which is presented all over the world. I also analyzed, summarized, encode and update anti-trafficking cases on the Philippine Information System on Trafficking (PHILIST) and Case Monitoring System (CMS). I also conducted community education program in different provinces and municipalities of the Philippines. I was also chosen and lucky to pass the training as a Financial Literature Trainor which also conducts Financial Literature trainings within and outside of the Philippines. I am a Finance officer also of some of the project funded by the UNDP and e-government. In my free time I also receive and answer inquiries from Clientele through telephone calls.
