Started to have a 10 months experience in an Independent TV
Production company which caters to MTV Philippines that time. Experienced to be
a Production Assistant to managing
the whole productions on its last episodes of MTV Bling.After TV Productions, I have ventured Call center/BPO Industry which i really got interested with.
Experienced doing outbound calls for a VOIP account and inbound selling for a

transferred to Startek being part of a Pioneer (wave 1) account for online
shopping, really changed me a lot and become more passionate to the work I'm
doing in the operations. I was exposed to do inbound customer service
interaction with customers which they can give feedback thru NPS scores. Also,

With Startek, I was given a chance to be promoted as a QA specialist and after a year, they
promoted me as a Team Leader for an
internet cable account.
Gaining confidence in the BPO setting for 8 years with
experiences as an agent for calls,
experiences in a support role, I’m now working with less supervision at home as
a Virtual Support staff who manages
customer service and social media marketing task at Digital Classifieds Group
Ltd. I’m at my 5th year with them. Also had a part time role at
BVirtual Company as an online proctor.
