I was given the chance to work at a BPO company for a year as a technical support agent for an Internet Service Provider and I was given the necessary training to carry out the task assigned to me. I was taught how to properly handle costumers in different
scenarios. I have excellent English communication skills and I could convey information effectively. I have basic internet marketing skills and I was able to read books on how to effectively market online. I have 6 months experience with online marketing using social media networks.
