I have previously worked with an Australian Company, rendering them services by extensive use of technology.
We have used Skype and emails as our mode of communication. My responsibilities are as follows:
• Answer telephone calls and emails and provide quotes to clients.
• Complete client requests from sourcing and managing translators and interpreters.
• Document client requests and monitor document delivery.
• Assign appropriate translators with a proper costing ensuring that delivery will be done on time.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices
• Update database with translator/client information
• Pay invoices via PayPal and MYOB.
• Make graphics for marketing purposes.
• Research depending on the needs
My other skills includes Marketing, advertising, training, use MS office suite.
I am very willing to learn and will be able to work with minimal supervision.
Being able to multitask, I can assure a fast and reliable service.
