I have outstanding Conceptual Skills which includes Analytical, Creative and Initiative skills. I can identify the causes of the problems and help solve the problems for the benefit of the entire organization. I can design operational support processes. Evaluate a statistically valid sample of all key contacts. I participate in the development of process improvement initiatives related to Quality Results. I can design process change suggestions, to achieve desired business goals, high productivity, and client and customer satisfaction.
I have really good Human Relations Skills. I understand, communicate and work well with others. I am able to lead, motivate and develop team spirit. I have coached, handled transition agents and I have developed Quality Evaluator staff to assist in their further growth. Similarly, I can listen to the problems of the team mates/team members and proactively offers assistance.
I have good Communication Skills. I recognize that both oral and written communication are vital to communicate the plans and policies of the organization. Literate in both the English and Filipino Languages.
I have effective Leadership Skills which can motivate and inspire team mates/team members to get the work done and to make everyone efficient. I lead by example.

I have proper training in Presentation Skills - I have Performed Reports Walkthrough, Teach-backs, and Lectures. In addition to this, I possess Computer Skills and have been trained with using computer applications and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other related office systems). I have received enough training to think-while-typing making me solve problems while creating reports and analysis without compromising the quality of my work. This makes me really efficient shows my multitasking skills.
