I'm highly skilled in computer stuff. I graduated Bachelor Science in Computer Science in 1995. I have earned an exemplary award for thesis writing. My thesis was about file protection on a Microsoft DOS base operating system.
My first professional job was junior computer programmer for a local bank using Foxpro. After
my six months contract I shifted to be a volunteer in a international non-profit religious organization for several years. When I decided to have my own family I applied for a customer technical service representative in Convergys Philippines, a BPO company. As a technical support agent I have been supporting digital TV service, Internet, voice over IP, and up-selling these service for AT&T. I only worked there for five months since the performance standards was to high for me to meet.
My third professional job was with Teleperformance doing AT&T mobile as a customer service representative . I have worked here for six months handling billing inquiries for customers.
My fourth job was a website administrators, handling billing inquiries, emails issues, Domain names , billing, email , customer service support for two years with a global company named Verio, an website hosting provider. I was promoted to a position of Subject Matter Expert after a year on this job.
My current job is with Infosys BPO Philippines, Inc. as a backoffice staff, handling AT&T data communication services. My responsibility is to process data service orders and manage them. I also talk to customers to provide them their order status and process their requests.
