I've been in a call center industry for almost 5 years. I was a customer service rep for 3 years then I was promoted as Subject Matter Expert. With my work experience, I have learned a lot in terms of customer service. I became flexible in dealing with different types of individuals. I can easily adopt with different types of changes. I know how to handle stress and good in time management. I have excellent communication skills both in oral and written.
It's almost a year now since I started working online (home based). I experienced doing telemarketing, data entry, web research and being a virtual assistant. My flexibility and dependability were developed. I am more knowledgeable now in navigating the web and using programs in Windows like Word and Excel.
I can say that I am a fast learner and definitely can work under minimum supervision.
