I am working as a consultant for like almost 15 yrs now.
Previous jobs included answering queries through voice/phone or email.Some customers we handled were from UK. I became a well rounded virtual assistant for 12yrs which included outbound calls as part of my daily tasks.Aside from calls, tasks not limited to admin stuffs,website updates, emailing,and any online peripherals.I was also working in an online shipping firm that included research and some calculations. I used to have an experienced in website creations through wordpress.  I have a very good experienced in real estate business including lease handling, utilities and managing company's third party web. I am also good in business writing. I can easily understand British or American accent.
