Profile Description

I have solid background in human resources gained from electronics company and BPO. Can work well on a company setting, trained to work independent, multifunctional and very flexible. Problem solver with keen attention to detail and quality.
As a human capital specialist, I was exposed to recruitment and analytics. I have delveloped new reports and modified existing reports pertaining to hires and attrition, and in response to client requesting order to improve operational efficiencies (example: executive summary reporting, quarterly reviews etc). I was also responsible for providing global headcount reports and surveys.
For the data analyst experience, I prepare management and sales operations reports, handles communication emails in support of organizational goals and strategy.
