Profile Description

I've been an amateur dabbling in the art of article writing for leisure and personal purposes ever since learning to read and write. My exposure to formal writing has been limited to the school paper and classroom submissions but I am hard working, diligent and a quick study.
I have worked for the call center industry for 2 years and 6 months working as a technical support representative, dealing daily with North American clients. This line of work has allowed me to respect and appreciate the value of timeliness, accepting positive criticism and the value of the quality of work that I put forth. Despite being in technical support, customer care was also the main focus of our business as we took care of customers.
I currently hold the position of Travel Agent with StudentUniverse Corporation. We are a full service, online travel agency, I am assigned to the ticketing department, and we handle manual issuance of tickets, cancellations, refunds, and date changes. I am also assisting our debit memo team as well as our finance reconciliations team.

It's intended to help employers know who they're talking to is real, and not a fake identity.
