*In charge of checking insurance coverage, especially Part B, for Medicare members
*Upsell medical braces for non-qualified insurance members.
*Promote other products, such as pharmacy delivery, for qualified and non-qualified insurance holders.
Technical Representative
Receive inbound calls for ATT Uverse customers.
*Provide technical assistance for ATT Uverse customers.
Customer Care Representative
*Receive inbound calls for the general customer care department at T-Mobile USA.
* Provide basic assistance for basic technical support for mobile devices.
