I have been in the BPO Industry for quite sometime now and have handled different campaigns. For one, I am very efficient in doing and providing customer service such as setting up your travel itinerary, helping customers on their billing concerns, putting them in a mobile of broadband plan that is cost efficient yet they get what they've paid for or more. Helping customers to get a free listing for their business and what it can do for them in the long run. Set up their loan application, do all the checks for them and let them know if they'll be getting their loan approved or not.
Everything or most of what I do is about helping other people to figure out what's wrong (well, that's why they've called me in the first place) and resolve it in a very timely manner with urgency and make customers feel that they are being well taken care off, besides I myself is a customer that's why I am giving my best to provide great service because I wanted to receive the same. As we all do.
