I have been working in the Business Process Outsourcing for 8 years. I am currently working for 5 years in one of the biggest companies in Networking Manufacturing globally,as a n Escalation Specialist.I handle contract issues,login assistance,software downloads,product licensing and Order Status.I worked as Telesales Representative in 2 major Telecom in United States.I am also proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). I also enjoy writing during my free time, and event planning and organizing. I have in depth knowledge in SAP (Systems, Applications and Products), Siebel (CRM) and other entitlements, billing and contracts systems.
I am also competent and reliable, professional, committed to top quality work and have analytical and critical thinking skills I am resourceful in problem solving
