I take pride in my work and can multi-task to meet specific targets with quality and efficiency.  I have a strong Sales and Customer Service background and have worked with different accounts for various industries from SaAs, Banking and Finance, Telco, and Real Estate software.  Having a background in Sales as an Outbound Appointment Setter for a US Healthcare Account challenged and improved my negotiation skills.

Working as an Admin Assistant for a CEO also helped me acquired some admin skills, and being a Customer Retention Specialist for Varsity Tutors honed my retention skills and strategies.
