Profile Description

As an Office Manager, I have extensive experience in project start-up and facilities set-up on project site itself that includes coordination with different department and offices inside and outside the organization, add up to it her knowledgeable background in document control management and project close-out.
Worked as assistant to the VP for Operations as regards pre-award preparation, project mobilization preparation, and project start up; as well as client follow up as regards payment. At the same time assigned at the Business Development Department as a Proposal Coordinator in preparation of technical proposals, prequalification documents; & registration of Parsons with potential & existing client companies in the MENA region for various business units of the company.
Currently working as assistant to the VP-Program Director in a multi-million dollar project located in Doha, Qatar on project start-up, recruitment & mobilization of staff on site. Aside from running the daily operations of the site office, her background knowledge on the project itself from the tender stage befits her role of inducting new hires about the program
