Our primary goal as team managers is to be able to help people reach their goals. We handle 15-17 agents, provide support through coaching. Prior to being a team manager, I too, was a sales representative working for a network provider in the US. After two years, I was given this opportunity to handle a team. I was assesed through my performance. They saw potential in me for I was hard working, compliant and was able to provide excellent customer service. They also find me a good speaker and listener at that thus promoting me to my current position.
