And I am proud to say that I am a consistent top agent and with that, after 5 years I was promoted as a subject matter expert where I supported a team with 15 agents, and i was I was promoted again to become a SR. Quality Evaluator. I’ve built my career developing expertise in quality evaluation, customer experience, and performance analysis.
