I have worked for different BPO companies in the city and have handled accounts from sales, technical support as well as general customer care. Currently I am a Team Leader from a new BPO company and handling 27 people under my supervision doing Quality assurance work, counselling and scheduling of agents under my shift.
I have also worked as a volunteer nurse for different hospitals and was a staff nurse for a year and two months at Asilo de Molo, Inc., which is a home for the elderly before I worked at a call center. I love to write and have been a member of our school paper in high school and college. I have also contributed some articles in a local newspaper in the city.
I am well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as Google Documents.I am a very hard worker and I always get the job done and utilize all resources available.
