Profile Description

I'm a Call Center Agent by profession and a writer by passion.
I've been working in the BPO industry for Eight productive years, and to describe the experience in a nutshell: it is immensely and pleasantly enriching.
I've been a Customer Service Representative for AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. A Technical Service Representative for eBay, and HP. All throughout those years, I've developed and even mastered essential skills that helped me meet and exceed the performance metrics that each company imposed. I've efficiently learned how to deliver exceptional customer service experience; how to completely resolve customers issues in a timely manner; and how to ultimately represent the desire of these companies to express how they value their customers and perpetuate their business with them.
Writing has always been my strongest passion since I was a child. I've been consistently part of our school paper from grade school to college. I became a Senior writer to Editor-in-Chief. Though, I haven't really practice this passion professionally but I'm confident that writing may not be the biggest feather in my wings but it definitely is the loveliest that helps me soar high.
I realized that there could be a lot of people out there who have similar skills set as mine, but I guess what differentiate me from them is my attitude towards my job. I'm a dedicated person. When I'm given a task, I always make sure that I not only accomplish it but also exceed expectation. I understand the importance of a job well done. I'm a responsible person too. I always make sure that I strengthen my relationship with my employer by adhering to their policy. I acquiesce that time is money that is why I always manage my time responsibly.
Recent turn of events compelled me to stay at home, and I just want to monetize this idle time by being productive; Hence, I'm in search for a home-based online. I'm optimistic that I'll have great experiences in this new endeavor and hoping to be working hand in hand with you. Thank you for taking time to read this.
