Hi I'am Ana Marie Lapiz of Los Banos, Laguna, Philippines, 30 years old, a housewife looking for a home based job. I'am a hardworking and fast-learner person. My job experience was at the hospital and a laboratory clinic. At the Los Banos Doctors Hospital and Medical Center I've there for almost 5 years ( November 2006 - September 2011 ) my designation was Radiologist Secretary, and my job description their is that I am the one who put all the data of the patients in our system, i am the one who entertain with the patients, knowing there informations and history. All the clerical work at the department i am the one responsible for that, like filing all the document, monthly report, giving the results at the nursing stations or to the secretary of attending physicians of the patients. And assisting the radiologist and the radiologist technologist for what they need. At Los Banos Bio-Scan Clinlab and Medical Clinic, I've been there for almost 2 years ( May 2012 - April 2014 ) my designation was Cashier /Receptionist, my job is i'am the one collecting all the money paid by the patients, entertaining and encoding the patients informations in our system, encoding all the results in the system and releasing it to the patients, filing of the documents and monthly report. And hope to have a work here.
