I have been part of the customer service industry for two years, my responsibilities include handling and processing of refund requests, order approval, email and chat support.
After two years of being a representative, I was then promoted to Human Resources Associate which required me to organize company events, orient newly hired employees and coordinate with Supervisors, Managers and Clients.
My previous experiences taught me to interact with different nationals from all over the world, empathize with them and assist them in any way I can. I also learned to be confident with my abilities to be able to provide the best service or assistance to my co-workers and company superiors.
