Profile Description

Experience:
I have worked as a Warehouse Inventory Analyst/Purchasing Staff at
Holcim Philippines, Inc. (Davao Plant). I am responsible for the inventory analysis to ensure the inventory accuracy and the availability of materials at the right time, right place and right quality. Prepares administrative warehousing and purchasing job, follow-up deliveries to the suppliers, consignors and vendors (through emails and phone calls). Follow-up PR and PO creation on all fast moving items (general stock, SSA and consignment). Take action log, update status and report to the Inventory Management & Warehouse Officer. Facilitate withdrawals and ensure to have a work orders on all unwithdrawn purchased spare parts and materials.
Responsible in maintaining the procurement records and file in line to the proper archiving management, prepares change request form, gate pass and other related documents pertaining to warehousing activity. Assist in recording and encoding inventory count to the master file and submit report to Inventory Mgt & Warehouse Officer.
On-the-Job Trainings (HR Staff):
Vicente Lao Construction and Lapanday Foods Corporation
Encoding important details of the applicants. Administering test examinations and checking
test results. Prepare materials needed in trainings and seminars. Assist participants and participate on after action review.
Skills:
Good communication skills oral and written in Bisaya, Tagalog & English. Computer-literate covering variety of applications - Microsoft Windows Office Applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint. Proficient in SAP (System Applications Product). A flexible team player and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills. Optimistic and willing to learn.
