I have been in the Business Process Outsource (BPO) industry for more than 6 years.
I specialize in training delivery as this has been my primary role for a good number of years.
I have acquired a good number of skill sets which revolve around adult learning/behavior assessment, critical decision making/thinking, adult classroom facilitation, business etiquette and more.
This experience has given me the opportunity to be up skilled in several areas of the business.
Most of my years in the industry revolved around customer service supporting a number of different clients from retail, financial to telecommunications for the United States, Australia and the UK.
During my younger years, I have had experience in writing as I was given the opportunity to be editor-in-chief for our college's local paper.
I have been given awards and recognition for my valuable contributions to the literary arts specializing in poetry.
I have had the chance to work internationally as part of the hospitality industry.
Servicing mainly hotels in Singapore and the UK.
I have always been passionate
about writing.
Mostly concentrating on human behavior and how it affects our daily lives.
I am very hard working and I pay close attention to details.
I learn very fast as this is a demand in the BPO industry.
Most of all, it's always a must to extend any help I can to those who need assistance.
