Profile Description

I have more than 10 years experience in a BPO industry but I am currently looking for a part time administrative job for additional income. I am working as an Operations Manager for one of the top BPO company here in the Philippines. As an Operations Manager, I analyze performance results and implement department improvements. I am also responsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing peformance of direct reports; providing prompt and objective coaching and counseling; and coordinating, planning, and assigning work for staff in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable requirements. In the last 10 years I was able to hone my analytical and leadership skills which aided our operations in several levels in terms of determining trends and forming strategies/action planning. Aside from managing people and operations, I also have experiences in - evaluating processes/tools and modifying them, prepare business reports, hiring and selection process of applicants as well as conduct preliminary interviews, provide email support, up selling, telemarketing, auditing financial books/processes, and bookkeeping.
