I have an experience in preparing cash invoice, payroll, bookkeeping and tax filing. Have certain knowledge of any application software (e.g. MS Word, MS Powerpoint an Image Editing) with knowledge and conducting seminars and events through our school activities. I am using the effective communication (written and oral). Interests: movies, music, arts and in technology. I am a fast and learner, responsible, love to meet people, can work under pressure, flexible, multi-tasking and hardworking.

My duties and Responsibilities were Auditing Cash-in at the bank accounts and Cash out such as disbursements. I do write the check invoice and check itself and make a filing of it. Preparing and compiling tax duties e.g. filing and paying in the BIR. I also prepare the different forms to submit on the assigned date every month. Preparing payroll for the employee. Checking their attendance and daily activities are also my job. Do clerical and administrative work. Any task that was assigned time to time such as Photocopying, answering phone calls, transact in the bank and Photo Editing.

My duties and Responsibilities were Making a Sale and do updates from time to time. Prepare marketing material such as Flyers to find inquiries and make them as our clients. Posting advertisements in the internet as a part of our marketing strategies such as Online Marketing, Booth Manning and Saturation. I also had to Edit photos and compose my own website for the better viewing of what we are cater of. Doing site – orientation on a certain location and project. Taking actual photos and actual information about the project we are selling is also my job. Assisting client in their tripping and inquiries. I used to accompany the clients to the project itself. Make them like the project and explains all the information on why and how they must buy. Attending training and seminars, i used to attend a seminar that will make me a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson that is composed of 12 hours lecture that is related to the Real Estate and Selling. Also the different seminar that the developer do during the their assembly. Handle training for the new agents and interns because i was the pioneer, i do trainings by preparing Power Point Presentations and explain it to the newbies. Do some activities that may be assigned from time to time.
