Profile Description

I have been working as a freelance writer for almost eight years now. I usually write articles for SEO and market studies. I also help my husband in our recruitment and consultancy business. My responsibilities are:
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (such as HR), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
I still have plenty of time and I am still looking for professional growth. That is why I am searching for a suitable home based job for me.
