I’ve worked as a quality evaluator for a BPO company for six years. With my experience as an agent and quality evaluator, I am looking forward to take on more responsibilities and learn new skills. As a quality evaluator, I was exposed and aware on the nature of work of team leaders. I monitor and coach agents regarding call handling to ensure customer satisfaction and meet, if not to exceed, client's expectations. Also, I provide coaching and feedback to team leaders concerning their variance. Aside from these, I love getting full hands on with things and I know how to pay attention to details. I also have the conscious effort and initiative to ensure that the team performs well. I can proactively manage a whole-range of activities in a timely manner while ensuring courteous premise service at all times.
