With my current work, I handle inbound calls in relation with bills and payments and sometimes do outgoing calls if needed. Suggesting right package to avoid higher bills. Meets Quality target and by adhering to the call flow and call handling process especially in educating the customers. Providing first time resolution to customers and ensuring that I am giving accurate information about their account.
