Profile Description
I have been with BPO industry for 6 years now. First assignment I got was being a travel agent; booking flights, hotels and car reservations. That job was indeed challenging but it was fun. However, I graduated with a Bachelor DEgree of Computer Science so I decided to try a technical support job. Until now, I am still in the same field. This job is not easy. The knowledge is being put to test on a daily basis combining technical and customer service skills. I am currently handling a team for 2 years now. To summarize all, I am fluent in English with skills and can work well with people.
