Working in the BPO industry for more than 10 years helped me to develop different skills and allowed me to gain knowledge of different lines of business. I can handle inbound calls, emails, manage/track orders, process refunds or disputes, do real time analysis of queues while answering multiple phonelines and corporate planning. With the proper training and tools I can also do basic troubleshooting via phone or chat. I am confident in dealing with people from all levels.
