Good day!
I am Maria Teresa Fernandez, but you may call me Tess. A sales person by heart. I have been working with insurance companies for over 20 years. I do recruitment, orientation and training of agents. I have experience in appointment setting, a virtual office,customer support, and was a Senior Team Leader for a cable company here in the Philippines, My major function is recruitment, orientation and training of agents
both on the field and on DEMO sites for the company.
I am equipped with all the facilities here in my home to do freelancing jobs.
1) A 5 Mbps internet connection w/ land line.
2) 2 Phone lines with USA numbers that can make local calls to the USA and CANADA.one (708) area code and one that can receive calls toll free
(800) .
3) 5 units of computers all ready for use.
4) 5 noise cancelling headsets to make sure that I can communicate well with the clients without background noise.
5) I can provide You with more people to work
under
my supervision from my home to give you 24/7 support.
6). And last but not the least , Is my confidence that i can do any given job at any given time because, I am willing to learn and undergo
training to do my work efficiently with less supervision.
