As a Merchant Services Executive in an online market place, we're basically managing our merchants and suppliers' expectations by ensuring precise deal processing through accurate and complete production turnover, revisions, layout approval and assist them with their inquiries and concerns. I did know how to use Salesforce, our company uses this. With my 3 years experience with post-sales services, I develop my skill on understanding and meeting peoples' needs and expectations. I've been to a lot of demanding conditions, and the best things to approach them are to compose yourself and act with urgency on the solutions. I have a strong commitment to meet my deadlines. On several software packages, I did well, specifically in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. I'm familiar with SEO since I also do personal blogs. I can do basic editing using Photoshop. My typing ability is pretty good and I can communicate well in English. I am willing to provide what is being asked and needed.
