I enjoy administrative work. I like organizing and putting things together. Since January of 2006, I have worked as part of the Administrative Department in the companies that I have worked for. I multitask and work well unsupervised and under pressure.
Currently, I liaise with clients on coordination and logistical needs. I am responsible for calendar management, interacting with internal and external executives to coordinate various activities. I communicate and handle all incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the partners. Assist partners in the preparation of materials for biddings and presentations. Arrange travel schedules and reservations for clients and partners and prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
I know that with the skills I bring to the table, I will be a good contribution to the team / company.
