I started as a CSR/TSR/Email Support agent; I rose from ranks as a Line Trainer, and later on as a Quality Assurance Analyst for 3 LOBs.
I have great understanding and extensive experiences in Customer Service and the BPO Industry. I enjoy and love the convenience of being able to work at home and have a career all at the same time.
