I've been providing assistance to customers in the US in need of help about account specific products via phone. I've had handled concerns of people from their travelling needs, vehicle warranty, to their telecommunication service. Aside from expertise on system used by companies I worked for I have basic knowledge in microsoft office; word, excel and powerpoint. I'm looking for a job where I can strengthen my skill to communicate and connect to people at the same time build the business/company i'm working for.
