I had been employed as a lead gen specialist for a first aid company based in California, started the company from scratch formulating our own CRM and devised our own way of gaining sales and after a few weeks sales started kicking in. A month of stay became fruitful, sales converted to quota and quota equated additional workforce, I was then transferred to Human Resource Department as Director, there I transformed words into action. Proposed new plans on moving the company to new heights, expanding market reach while offering an innovative way of running HRD.
