I am 36 years old. I am new to freelancing but I certainly believe that honesty and a good working relationship will the best key for our success. I have worked offshore as a customer care representative for some telecommunication companies based in the United States for 8 years and I became a financial advisor for a UK-based credit card company for 3 years then a collections specialist for a US-based health clinic/hospital for more than a year. Right now I work as a customer care representative for a local insurance company.
In my 13 years of working experience I have learned so many things which helped me become a goal-oriented person. I like getting feedback from my clients and I use it to customize and improve the way I work. I am open-minded and very open to suggestions and criticisms. I take every task as a challenge and an opportunity for me to grow as a person. I do like taking on unfamiliar challenges and tasks, but I also expect my client to train me.
