Profile Description

I own and manage my internet cafe after I graduated from college. I have been doing this since I was 21 til I'm 27. now I'm 30 and a stay home mom. My experience in my business before help me a lot today. I have learned to be good with computers know how to use it well and learn its programs. Deal with customers and most importantly accepts typing jobs which I love to do. I also tried working at a call center here in the Philippines, working there helps me improve my communication skills. Working with Americans is not new to me, I like to work with them because they are direct and straight forward, multi-tasking is important to a call center agent and must be able to deal with stress. I also studied caregiver program and learned how to deal with different types of personality whether it may be a child or elderly. Studying this program helps me cope up with my daily routines as a stay home mom how to deal with children who are hyper and to care for them.
