Profile Description

I've been working for almost 7 ---------- 2007 I was hired as a Management Trainee in WalterMart Food Court in Quezon City wherein I was able to experience to work under ---------- aling with different people is one of my major responsibility. Handling tenants/owner concern, customer related concern and as well as employee's issues were the things I'm facing everyday. As an in-charged person, I also performed tasks such as clerical jobs, stocks inventory, delivery of goods, coordination with the supplier and clients, monthly reports, and manpower budgeting. ( Nov 2007 - Feb 2010)
Being a Psycholgy graduate, I decided to pursue my career in Human ---------- year 2010, I was hired in Shopping Center Management Corporation - SM City Calamba. As part of the opening team, I was able to source our current employees. To be assigned at Recruitment Department, I meet new and different kind of people where I was able to broaden my ability in sourcing and recruiting potential employee who are fit in the position the company is looking for. A year after, they transfer me to Compensation and Benefits Department. I do the timekeeping and attendance monitoring of all employee. Prepares report with regards to employee privileges and benefits. Issue violation reports in relation to their attendance. Also, I had the chance to coordinate and make government mandatory reports for our employees. ( March 2010- present)
In total years of my experience at work I can say that I am ready for next level of career. I know there is a lot to offer that is why I'm trying this not so usual job for me to know and make my self more ready for the time management I need to embrace once I will be given a chance. A part time job can help me in my expenses as well without sacrificing my time for my family.
