I started to work back in 2006 as a technical support representative through email and live chat in a call center setting. I resolve computer technical issues and related issues by answering customer's queries using the knowledge base and Google. I also learned and became an expert when it comes to customer service that brought me to my second call center and my first voice support job. I learned to interact with customers in a live situation with neutral accent and developed customer service skills, I took this job as a career and I have made my first career step by going and reaching the next level. I became level two technician from my third Call Center and eventually got promoted as a Supervisor or Team Lead. Now, I find myself enjoying doing this kind of work again in a comfort of my home.
