Profile Description

I have ample experience in Customer Service, Tech Support, and Sales. I first worked as an email specialist for Walmart.com, an online retail company. After 2 years, the account was dissolved so I had to transfer to other company. I worked as a Tech Support via email for a Facebook game, Cafe world. This also included sales since I was also tasked with selling Cash Card (Game Cash). Due to my job location, I opted to resign when an opportunity at a company at a much nearer location came. I worked at this company for almost 3 years as a salesman through chat for Toshiba computers and TVs.
Apart from what I do for work, I also write as a hobby. I used to be a news writer for a school paper. I also love arts. I draw, I paint, and I make designs of houses. I took up drafting lessons before.
