I work fast, efficiently and with minimal supervision. My background includes recruitment, team management, operations management, eCommerce store (Shopify and Amazon management and assisting real estate agents and executives based in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the US.
I worked my way up and when I was starting, my tasks mostly include research, prospecting/lead generation, newsletter creation, updating the CRM and posting ads on social media accounts.
My real estate background helps me become familiar with handling residential & commercial listings. I'm now a team manager, assisting both the clients and VAs.
I'm also able to expand my skills and experience with recruitment. I worked with different companies in different industries assisting them with finding the right people for the job. This includes software engineer, UI engineer, software architect, executives, internal sales agents and virtual assistants to name a few.
I was once a part of the management team of a logo and web design company based in Oxford, UK, until I resigned in 2013. The said company has an office in the US as well. I was a design manager handling a couple of logo design and web design teams. I mostly communicate with the clients and discuss their additional design requirements as well as alteration requests.
Before I joined the successful people in the work-from-home industry, I was an advanced customer service representative in one of the biggest call centers in Manila. I mostly handle satellite TV-related concerns but also assist the US-based customers with their billing concerns, if necessary, and make sure to implement one-call resolution kind of assistance.
The experiences I gained working in the office and home-based settings help me provide a high level of quality service to every client I've worked with.
I bring to the table my proficiency in recruitment, team management, project management, account management, eCommerce, digital marketing, popular real estate-related tools (Australia, New Zealand and some US/Canada), productivity tools, CRMs and advanced research skills.
