Jalandoni Provincial Hospital under the Provincial Government of Negros O ---------- .
From May 2014 to December 2018, I was a Job Order Clerk and finally became a
Permanent Clerk II in January 2018 up to January 2025. I am an Eligible Civil
Service Professional and a Certified ICD-10 Coder.
