Profile Description

I majored in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Baguio. I am married blessed with 3 children. In 2008 I decided to work, I applied in SITEL Phils. I was Hired as a customer Service Representative in a financial account, I was trained to welcome new debit cardholders and offer them in upgrading their cards into a credit card, I was also trained in assisting Wal-Mart employees with their direct deposit through their cards and was also trained in assisting gift card holders all over US and Canada. but because of the location of the site my family asked me to find other companies that is much accessible from our place so I resigned in 2010 waited for a hiring opportunity, the in 2011 I applied and fortunately was hired in Aegis People Support as an Executive Representative, my task involved assisting students and possible cosigners in applying for their loans online, provide the their credit score or loan eligibility. I was also trained as a service representative which provides students their account balances and delinquencies. but in 2012 I got pregnant with my 3rd child since I had difficulties I decided to resigned and since then I have not worked yet. As a mother I want to work for my children's future but I also want to be with them to watch them grow that's why I looked for opportunities to work online or home-based. From the experiences I had I believe I am capable of handling customer's concern, or any job orders that will be given to me. I can work with minimal supervision and I can multitask.
