I worked in a BPO company before as an encoder/typist. I can say and prove to you that I'm a good encoder/typist because I proof or check my works very carefully. Quality is number 1 for me, but I make sure that I can meet my employer's quota. So you will never have a problem about quality and quantity if you will hire me. I accept criticisms well and use it as a inspiration to do my job even better. I'm willing to learn more so I can be an asset to one's company.
